1. Civil government is established by Jehovah and is a minister of Jehovah (ROM 13:1-7).
2. Jehovah is the sovereign ruler of the kingdoms of men (DAN 2:21, 37; 4:17, 25, 32; 5:21).
3. Jesus is the ruler of the kings of the Earth, the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings! (REV 1:5; 19:16).
