Matthew 26:41

"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." (Matthew 26:41; NKJV)

Jesus defines each one of us in Matthew 26:41. Our spirit is willing. Our flesh is weak.

Jesus overcame temptation because He did not allow His flesh to control His spirit; His spirit controlled His flesh.
