Zechariah 6:12-13

Zechariah 6:12-13: NKJV

12 Then speak to him, saying, 'Thus says the LORD of hosts, saying:

"Behold, the Man whose name is the BRANCH!
From His place He shall branch out,
And He shall build the temple of the LORD;
 
13 Yes, He shall build the temple of the LORD.
He shall bear the glory,
And shall sit and rule on His throne;
So He shall be a priest on His throne,
And the counsel of peace shall be between them both."'

1.  The Messiah would sit on His throne.

2.  The Messiah would be a priest on His throne.

3.  The Messiah would rule on His throne.

Jesus is a priest on His throne.  He is a priest in Heaven.  His throne is in Heaven.





Hebrews 4:14-16; NKJV

14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 

15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 

16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
