Psalm 130

"I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope." (Psalm 130:5; NKJV)

The Bible is full of two-part stories.

1.The account of God’s spoken promise.
2.The fulfillment of that promise.

The problem is that between the first part and the second part, there is usually a gap – a length of time endured by those who received the verbal promise before it actually came to pass.

Wait on Jehovah for "He shall redeem Israel" (Psalm 130:8; NKJV).
